The building’s entrance is located on Wilshire Blvd. Stairs and ramps are available. To visit the clinic, take the elevator to the third floor, suite 300. Paid, underground self-parking is available via the parking garage entrance on Yale. Metered street parking is also available.

Our experienced orthopedic and sports specialists offer comprehensive care for all kinds of spine, joint, and muscle conditions. Orthopedic surgeon and co-founder of Commons Clinic, Dr. Eric S. Millstein, specializes in advanced arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery techniques. He has vast experience treating sports injuries, including arthroscopic surgery and reconstruction of the knee and shoulder, as well as joint replacement surgery for arthritis of the shoulder and knee.
Dr. Tigran Garabekyan is one of only a few surgeons in the country who specializes in PAO surgery. Proficient in hip arthroscopy and realignment osteotomies of the pelvis and upper femur (PAO/DFO), he provides a uniquely holistic approach to treating hip dysplasia.
Dr. Neil Bhamb, a board-certified spine surgeon, splits his time between our Santa Monica and Marina del Rey offices. He offers the latest minimally invasive, image-guided surgical techniques, including disc replacement and fusion alternatives. Three more physicians will join this clinic in early 2025.
